Sizing / grading lines

We are committed to delivering systems and equipment that help tree nut processors achieve maximum processing capacity and efficiency. Our machines are designed specifically to maximize processing speed along with separation effectiveness. So, we manufacture complete sizing /grading lines suitable for all type of tree nuts. The complete sizing systems consist of:

• Reception hoppers with vibration feeder
• Bucket conveyors
• Sizing and Grading Decks
• Aspiration system with Fans / Cyclones - Used to remove dust, small particles or hulls and shells

Capacities: 250 kg / h - 6500 kg / h.

We manufacture 3 types of Sizing Decks (Sizers):

A. Vibratory sizing decks of levelly round holes

This type of sizer is mostly used to seperate the meat of the almonds, walnuts, hazelnuts and pistachios into different sizes such as walnuts 1/2, 1/4 and 1/8, almonds 20/22, 23/25, 25/27, hazelnuts +14mm etc.

B. Vibratory sizing decks of enlongated perforated holes

This type of sizer is used to separate the whole meat of almonds and shelled pistachios from halves kernels. It is also used to make size calibration of inshell pistachios.

C. Rotary sizers

This type of sizer is used mainly for inshell walnuts, inshell almonds and inshell hazelnuts.
