Guarantee Policy

• 1-year standard warranty against any fault of manufacturing of the parts that made by us, excluding the consumables and the electrical components. The parts manufactured by us are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 12 MONTHS from the date of installation.
• Other components and machines not built by us but acquired from third parties (engines, valves, electric motors, air compressors, water trap filters, color sorters, etc.), NutTech's liability shall be limited only to warranty claims that it has against its supplier. Orders for repairs and modifications to any machinery NutTech may carry out using products manufactured by third parties, shall not be covered by the warranty.
• The normal functioning and rendering of the machine for an eight-hour day is guaranteed for one year from the date of installation.
• NutTech is exempt from liability for defects caused by normal wear and tear. Wear parts and consumables are those parts which require repair or replacement due to deterioration resulting from repetitive use (e.g. abrasion, corroding, ageing, fatigue, etc.). Examples of wear parts include but are not limited to, conveyor belts, plastic and metal buckets, nuts & bolts, rubber belts, ball bearings, metallic chains, springs, cracking bars / hummers etc. We are also exempt from liability for purely aesthetic defects or those which do not affect the functionality of the machinery or its components. It is understood that the guarantee will not apply to the supplied machinery or any of its parts or elements which are attributable to some of the following reasons: (a) Buyer's misuse of machinery supplied or under different terms than those set forth in the Agreement; (b) improper use, mishandling, negligence, improper operation, without following the instructions and normal operating procedures or instructions that the seller provides at all times; (c) amendments, changes, repairs and alterations or other work carried out by anyone other personnel outside the NutTech service except in the case that it has been previously authorized in writing by Us; (d) If Buyer does not properly maintain any equipment (poor maintenance) or operating system on which the software is installed; (e) any damage derived from fire, flooding, earthquake, chemicals, power interruption, faults in the electrical system or other cases beyond control; (f) faults resulting from using machinery with other incompatible software or hardware; (g) Buyer's breach of the obligations assumed by it under the Agreement.
• Damages which can be caused during transportation will be covered by the corresponding insurance, according to the agreed INCOTERM.
• Seller will carry out the reparation or substitution of the materials or elements assuming responsibility exclusively to the value of the materials or elements to be substituted, which will be supplied without charge for the damaged parts, whenever the faults occur in the normal functioning of the machines imputable to manufacturing or material defects within the mentioned period of guarantee. The shipping costs and the labor fees are covered by us for two-year guarantee as well. Technician’s travels and accommodation expenses are excluded and will be charged to the purchaser.
• Performing repairs under warranty shall not prolong the maximum term thereof, except with respect to repaired or replacement parts, which are under warranty based on the same Terms and Conditions as the originals and for a warranty period similar to that set forth in paragraph
• For warranty claims: (a) Buyer needs to provide notification of the fault or malfunction in writing within 48 hours of its discovery, providing information that is as specific as possible about the defect and its causes, if known, facilitating any methods for verification and correction; (b) NutTech's liability is subject to compliance with the payment terms and other Buyer obligations under the Agreement.
• Replaced defective parts shall be made available to NutTech should it be required.
• Buyer acknowledges that NutTech's obligations and liability are defined entirely and exclusively herein.
• NutTech warrants that buyer’s personnel training and documentation supplied with the acquired machinery and materials contains information that is reasonably required to assist Buyer in the machinery's use and maintenance.
• NutTech shall not be liable under warranty for any amendments and adjustments carried out on the machinery during assembly due to limitations on premises or at Buyer's convenience, even if carried out by the manufacturer's technical personnel, unless they are accepted expressly by NutTech in writing.
