Pistachio pin sorter

We manufacture split - non split pistachios separation processing machine so as to separate the closed pistachios from the opened mouth pistachios. The machines consists of thousand small pins that separate the split pistachios from non split pistachios. We also offer turnkey processing systems at 350 kg/h, 500 kg/h, 1000 kg/h, 2000 kg/h and 4000 kg / h (Refered to input capacity / Pistachios inshell) that consists of reception hoppers, conveyors, air aspirations, opened closed pistachios pin sorters, immature pistachios removal, size separators, inspection tables, silos e.t.c. Complete lines comes with an option of sizing decks that can sort inshell pistachios into different sizes such as 18/20 - 30/32.
