Fans / Cyclones
We manufacture different types of fans / cyclones according to clients needs. All the fans / cyclones comes with an option so as the aspiration ability to be easy modified.
Fans / cyclones are designed to be used as:
- An aspiration system to remove the dust from the plant,
- A pneumatic system to transfer the shells to external silos,
- A cleaning head, that consists of different aspiration motor fans which seperate the shells from the meat of the tree nuts. At this case sizing / vibratory shaking decks are used too. This head of aspiration fans can also remove small particles, hulls, shells, wooden sticks, shrinked nuts and other foreign materials.
Material is painted steel or Stainless steel.
